Commissions are for personal use only. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the songs in my portfolio.

Reposting and sharing the music is OK, but please give credit through my socials.

After you've filled in the commission form I will respond to discuss any further details before I start working on a sample. The sample will consist of roughly 10-20 seconds of audio to see if you're happy with the sound and direction of the song.

The sample will have room for up to three revisions until I reach a sound and direction we're both happy with.

Once the sample is approved, I will start work on the full song. There will be room for three major revisions (e.g rewriting a part of the song you didn't quite vibe with) and three minor revisions (e.g rebalancing the audio to make instruments pop more or give certain parts a bit more of a kick.)

The sample and any works in progress will be delivered in an MP3 format. The finished product will be delivered in an MP3, FLAC and WAV format.

Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sample is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
